We are proud to announce an expansion to our staff, as we make an ambitious next step in our continued work to bring rich, thematic, and aesthetic game experiences to the broader public!
Joining the company for the first time are Isaiah Tanenbaum (Marketing & Communications) and Libby Everett-Hill (Community and Events), with an increased role for current Paverson contractor Kevin Ngo (Logistics and Operations). These three hires make Paverson Games a truly international operation, with Tanenbaum joining us in the United States, while Everett-Hill is based in the United Kingdom and Ngo hails from Canada.

Isaiah Tanenbaum has spent decades in the marketing game with a focus on the tabletop space. Previously, he led Marketing & Sales at custom miniatures maker Eldritch Foundry, helping bring fantastical characters to life. As a self-proclaimed Kickstarter Superbacker, with a soft spot for stunning midweight tabletop experiences, Isaiah jumped on Distilled the second it crossed his radar. Since then, Paverson Games has been firmly on his “must-watch” list.
Outside the tabletop world, Isaiah has worked with theater companies, schools, synagogues, and even MTV! He is the proud father of a budding board gamer (aged 4) and budding board game piece grabber (aged 1.5).
Libby Everett-Hill has been involved in Events and Marketing for more than twenty years. In her previous role as Graphics, Marketing & Board Game Account Manager at Thames & Kosmos, she has become known for creating engaging & memorable convention experiences. Outside of her professional life, Libby is a passionate board game enthusiast, co-hosting the YouTube channel Boxed Meeples with her husband.
Libby will be ensuring that every event we host leaves a lasting impact, whilst also managing our crowdfunding campaigns. You can find Libby in our Discord channel and Facebook groups, where she will be found chatting about upcoming titles like our Distilled: Cocktails expansion.
Kevin Ngo first joined Paverson Games as a music consultant for Luthier, drawing on his background as a classical pianist and music scholar. But his skills extend far beyond music—Kevin has a deep passion for logistics and fulfilment within the board game industry. Now, he’s bringing that expertise to Paverson!
As a proud father of four (ages 6 months, 3, 5, and 6), Kevin loves sharing his enthusiasm for both music and games with his family. He counts Distilled and Luthier among his all-time favorites and is thrilled to contribute to both Paverson’s current line-up and future titles.
As you can see, we have a star-studded trio joining the team, and we are so very excited to see where Isaiah, Libby, and Kevin bring us in 2025 and beyond! 🥳
